MEET THE FOUNDER AND CO-FOUNDER:
Olufemi Kingsley Akamo who is the Founder/CEO - responsible for establishing a long-term strategy and securing the necessary human and financial resources. He is an Upskillist — a relentless learner, builder, and problem-solver who believes growth never stops. He thrives on mastering new skills, connecting knowledge across fields, and turning fresh expertise into real-world impact. He has garnered experience in marketing, promotional strategies and project management having worked with the British American Tobacco (BAT) Nigeria and Concern Worldwide UK. Whether it’s business strategy, technology, or social innovation, he coordinate the affair of the co-op like it’s impossible to fail.
Ndidiamaka Anne Akamo is Co-founder/COO - responsible for setting culture and values, and maintaining team morale. She has a Diplomas in Law, a Diploma in Mass Communication, and a Degree in Education from Delta State University, Delta State Polytechnic, and Enugu State University of Science and Technology, respectively. She coordinates the co-op management committee and making sure the business model remains democratic.
